Grounding and it’s health benefits

I wanted to talk a little about Grounding and it’s amazing health benefits, here is just a bit of information that may help.. Enjoy!

Grounding, also known as earthing, is the practice of connecting with the Earth’s electrical charge by walking barefoot outdoors, sitting or lying on the ground, or using grounding devices indoors. While scientific research on grounding is still evolving, some potential benefits have been suggested:

  1. Reduced Inflammation: Some studies indicate that grounding may help reduce inflammation in the body by neutralizing excess positive electrons, which are associated with inflammation.
  2. Improved Sleep: Grounding has been linked to improved sleep quality and reduced insomnia. It’s thought that connecting to the Earth’s natural electromagnetic field may help regulate circadian rhythms.
  3. Stress Reduction: Grounding has been reported to induce a sense of calmness and relaxation. This may be due to its ability to balance the autonomic nervous system and reduce the body’s stress response.
  4. Pain Relief: There’s anecdotal evidence suggesting that grounding can help alleviate chronic pain and promote faster recovery from injuries. Some researchers propose that grounding may influence pain perception by modulating the body’s electrical activity.
  5. Better Mood: Spending time outdoors and connecting with nature through grounding activities may positively impact mood and mental well-being. Being in nature has been shown to reduce feelings of depression and anxiety.
  6. Improved Circulation: Grounding may enhance blood flow and circulation in the body, which can contribute to overall cardiovascular health.
  7. Enhanced Immune Function: Preliminary research suggests that grounding might support immune function by reducing oxidative stress and inflammation, although more studies are needed to confirm this effect.
  8. Electromagnetic Radiation Protection: Some proponents of grounding claim that it can help protect against the harmful effects of electromagnetic radiation (EMFs) by balancing the body’s electrical charge. However, more research is needed to validate this claim.

It’s important to note that while there is growing interest in grounding and some promising research findings, more rigorous scientific studies are needed to fully understand its mechanisms and benefits. Additionally, grounding should not be seen as a substitute for medical treatment, but rather as a complementary practice to support overall health and well-being.

So there you have it, some of the benefits of Grounding.  I do this on a daily basis usually first thing in the morning while sitting quietly.  I have a grounding mat that I plug into the ground on my outlet, this allows you to get the negative charge of the earth without having to go outside.  But I would always recommend to get yourself outside and just stand on your grass or some concrete with your bare feet and experience it’s benefits.

And if you want yet another level of wellness, try adding some Molecular Hydrogen tablets to your daily routine.  These can be found on my website, and if your here in the Colorado area you can contact me directly or at
